WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

While we’re always working to make shipping times on new signups as fast as possible, we want to thank you for being an Early Member, and right now our current system revolves around a 3x a month shipping platform, where we ship on the 1st, 10th, and 20th of the month depending on when your order date was made.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY RECURRING SHIPMENTS?

Generally on the same day it shipped the month prior, so you’re always ready to enjoy your liquid on a regular basis.

OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing the best service. If your items were damaged or did not arrive we will generally ship you new order at our cost. If you feel that our service was not what you expected, please contact us and we will work towards a satisfactory outcome. Depending on the situation, this may or may not result in a refund.
